KoffeeIn the app (fastest)
- iPhone: Profile › Settings › Account & Privacy › Export or manage your account › Delete account.
- Android: Profile › Settings › Account & Privacy › Export or delete your data › Delete account.
You'll confirm your sign-in, and your account is deleted straight away. You can download a copy of your data from the same screen first.
Without the app
Email hello@koffee-app.com from the address on your Koffee account, with the subject "Delete my account", and include your @username. If you can't email from that address, for example because you used Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, tell us your @username and we'll find another way to confirm it's you. We'll delete the account within one month and let you know when it's done.
What's deleted
Your profile, pixel character, logs, posts, comments, likes, follows, saved cafes and photos are deleted from Koffee's active systems. You're also removed from posts friends tagged you in. Copies can take a short time to clear from our providers' systems.
What we keep
Moderation and safety records can be kept for up to 12 months after a matter is closed, or longer if needed for a legal claim or required by law. Crash reports expire after 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
